I was away from my flist for *2 days* because of work, and I had to go back to skip=225 to catch up. I knew ontd_ai  kept me busy, but I didn't realize it had that many posts per day. I am not ashamed to say I think I'm addicted to the internet and American Idol.

My Tito Bobby is finally HOOOMMME!:) amishu tito bob:) yey! This will be another happy Christmas for the family.

I went to the Airport to fetch my tito with some mems of the family. Then went to Duty Free to shop. pero wala masyadong na-shop.

HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY: I was starstruck with Mommy Dionisia. The Pacmom looks expensive. haha. nakita ko siya sa Shopwise Libis kanina, nastarstruck me. sayang wala akong pichur. haha.

aaannd...Allen Carillo: ang cute mo. HAHAHA. salamat sa gift (na hindi na surprise dahil sinabi mo kung ano yon.) don't worry, the gift is still special because it came from you. :)

so today...i found out that the guy who died that everyone has been mourning all over facebook is someone I used to know. We were never super close, but we were friends for a while. so i think he deserves to be mentioned because he's one of the people who kinda got stuck in my memory for some unknown reason...

so here it goes.

the first, and probably the most vivid memory I have of Mack Pattugalan was back in first year college. he was the friend of one of my highschool friends and we used to hang out with him and some other older guys in front of EGI.Being the awkward frosh, the first thing I did when i got to college was join an org. hello, Malate. On the day of the first ever General Assembly, I was with him and my friends in front of EGI. I was about to leave...

Macky: "ah you joined Malate? what section?" Me: "poetry"
Macky: "ah. Malate din ako eh. art. pero sobrang hindi active.hahahaha!"
Me: "ah talaga? G.A ngayon eh. pupunta ako dun."
Macky: "wag na! let's go to GP nalang!!"

*other friends join in and eventually convince me not to go to the G.a and thus, one of my first visits to GP was...born?*

other than that, I dont remember much, except hanging out at EGI or GP and random teasing.

so, Macky, thanks for being one of those people who made my first few weeks/months as an awkward frosh fun. i wish i had gotten to know you more.. i hope you're ok and happy where you are. infinite beaches await you my friend :)

This chapter is just-! Truly a D brother special!

Luffy did it! Asked for demanded and got Iva to give him another adrenaline/tension shot (go eiliem who guessed right off the bat what Oda was thinking..wow, her mind reading powers are growing) which will probably kill him after it wears off right away!!! because he doesn't care as long as he saves Ace! because he'd want to be dead if he wasn't able to save his bro! ;__; Luuuuuuuuuufffffffffyyyyyyyyy!!! *hugs and never lets go* The part of my mind that's worrying itself to death is rather impressed with his haki! forget Will of D (still a mystery up to now since Drum), nothing can go against the Will of Luffy! XD ..even when it looks like he's gonna get himself killed and he knows it... awww, good feeling gone... And ACE! weeping in joy that he's alive! He's HAPPY that he's alive! he get's it that he's got a wonderful life (idiots trying to kill him cause of who his sire was notwithstanding) and he's blessed! Finally!!! It took a war and seeing so many of his loved ones dying in pain to do it but he finally gets it! He wants to liiiiiiiiiiiiiive! No more "kill me", "this is my mess/fault, let me die/suffer the consequences" or even "I can accept any fate...take the hand that saves me or the blade that judges me". Like Robin at the Tower of Justice. Maybe now he'll even try to escape/assist in his own rescue. At least some good came out of this war. but tin!Ace! I want to hug him so badly! Asking about his father (circumspectly of course) cause he was wanted one/to learn more about him/justify his own existence and got mad at the people who were badmouthing him. He so needs a daddy to love/protect him and not cause him to be condemned. Thank Oda for Whitebeard. And for Luffy! clearly the rubber boy was the key to making Ace the happy, laid back, polite young brat/ass we all know and love. Nothing can resist the Luffy! <3 On the other hand, he's really strong! even as a kid- he beat up kids twice his size, no fruit and he wasn't double digits yet! and so angsty, withdrawn and sullen. and he knew about Luffy before Garp brought him over (so I guess the thugs he beat up weren't in Fuusha?) I wonder when he turned bitter against Roger? but there were other things too: Garp! such a badass grin in the first page! old man he may be but he's still "the marine hero" and he earned that title. and yet such a heartbroken expression when Ace said he was happy to be alive :( poor grandpa... Buggy's back! I'm actually surprised he didn't get cooked but now that he's up (and apparently his sanity/sense of self preservation didn't wake with him). what'll he do now? knowing him, he's proabably going to do something stupid that will either fail or work in unexpected ways :P He's comedy relief too... Oh noes! Whitebeard! his age/sickness/injury are all catching up to him. Get up pops! You can't fall now! Marco got hit cause he was distracted/going to aid his pops (he's a phoenix, he'll revive, he's a phoenix, he'll revive) and Jozu was half frozen cause he was worried about Marco! Low, but Kizaru and Aokiji were just using the opportunities presented to them. It is a war. Can't fault them. (not like how the Strawhats were willing to leave each other cause they believed in each other or how Luffy said if he took his eyes off Lucci it would be worse than his going to aid them) but this is a problem! the three top WB pirates injured.

not good not good not good not good not good but! Luffy's back up! Fully (?) charged desperate and ready to go! Anything can happen now!

Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 squares melted chocolate
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk

Directions
1. Cream shortening and sugar together.
2. Add chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Sift dry ingredients together, and then add alternately with milk to the chocolate mixture.
4. Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.
5. Drop on cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.

I now work for a new company. I haven't been updating this blog anymore so that's why everything here is way beyond of where I really am right now. I now work for an alternative energy source company and I must say that I am indeed enjoying every single minute of it. They company's structure is pretty young. A great place to start learning and implementing plans as well. They company has full trust in the decisions that I make which makes me feel a little more comfortable considering the complexity of operating a global company like that.

But every once in a while you get bored at work right? :D I guess I have found an answer to that. I met this girl on the new employees orientation program. I was running late and the email about the training session was not helpful at all. It just indicated there that I have to look for this guy. This guy whom I haven't heard from nor I haven't been in contact with ever. I was running like a headless chicken asking anyone if they know who this guy is. Until I walked in to this cute girl's cubicle. I was supposed to ask her if she knew the guy that I was looking for. But she was too cute so, again, I got tongue tied and instead asked the guy sitting right beside her.

I asked, "hey, would you happen to know where blahblah's workstation at?" then it was her who answered me. So cute and polite. She said "are you for the new employees orientation too?", I gave her a quick nod and she said that they were looking for the same guy too. I was thinking, wow, I'm gonna be with her for the next two days!!! :D haha. But I had to leave her and continue on looking for blahblah. I was able to out where the training would be held. I dropped by her cubicle again and told her where it is. I went on my way and reserved a seat for her. :D When she walked in, she pinched me on the arm and said "thanks". Damn, she said that while smiling. I almost died right there.

A lot of other stuffs happened during the course of the training. She was really witty and funny. I don't know if she knew that my eyes were on her the whole time. Too bad the two-day activity had to end. Darn.

I'm on a team now wherein I'm the only guy in the group. They're a really cool bunch and they always put me on the hotseat. Asking questions here and there until they found out that I had a thing for this girl at work. Whenever my crush would pass by at work, they would make these loud comments that would catch her attention. She's really nice. I mean, she always finds time to pass by my cubicle to say hi and exchange a few conversation on how our day was. When I become all drained up at work, it just so happens that she passes by my workstation and says hi. That helps me out a lot. :D

Where do we stand now? I don't know. Maybe you'll find out in my next post which might be a year from now :D

I watched the Oblation Run for the 4th and last time as a UP student. I've never missed a single Oblation Run since I entered UP. I dunno if I should brag about it. haha. First time to be given a rose, di ko rin alam kung dapat ipagmalaki yon. At first time ko panoorin yon kasama boyfriend ko...hindi ko alam kung awkward ba yun o ano. HAHAHA. oh well.

Kanina nasa Law Library kami. shit...nasu-suffocate ako sa atmosphere. parang hindi ako bagay sa Law. Josko po. But I still want to pass LAE. YEZ.

Anyway, shumopping ako ng Christmas gifts kanina. naeexcite na ako ibigay yung mga yon. haha. And start na ng simbang gabi ngayon!:)

at kung naka-pink ka ngayon...HAPPY BIRTHDAY! hahaha, immature.

kuya and i spent an hour playing Rambo. there really is a hot satisfaction in operating a machinegun that has a secret "Rambo's Rage" button at the side.

as expected, some kid gravitated towards me. like they always seem to do.
he was a cherub-faced 5-year old who stood next to me the whole time and looked up at me like i was his hero.

he just..stared..with this weird adoration in his eyes..it was kinda freaky.
his dad picked him up and practically dragged him away from me like i was the incarnation of Bad Influence.

babay!

I am supposed to be loving Fridays because it's my favorite day of the week. There were some good parts of the day but of course, you know me. When something really bad happens, it would always be the highlight of my day.

To start off, I started my day by cramming for a book report. And I was freakin' doing a book report about a book I never read! so hello Bola powers! When I was in highschool, I avoid cramming. as in, when I have papers due next week, I make sure I write them during the weekend or a week before. I am that GC and responsible BEFORE. But NOW? NVM.

Went to school and rushed to Sulo to take yearbook payments. Then, Org photoshoots. During that time, I was also thinking how our Eng30 report would go (and how my freshie groupmates were able to take note of what I said), how I will divide my time between attending the KAPPP photoshoot (which was postponed because of the rain, Thank God) that coincided with my Eng30 quiz and report and of course, the book report that I crammed and the graded recitation we were supposed to have (but Thank God again, Sir Velasco forgot all about it).

Eng30: got a 10.5/12 in my quiz. (damn, dapat perfect yon Eng30 lang yon eh. oh well) and reported in class. That was a bad report. Impromptu and we looked sooo unprepared. oh well. I left the class early for my POLSC161 class.

POLSC161: It was my first time to apologize to a teacher/ Prof for misconduct in his class. FIRST TIME. And we promised it will never happen..ever again. haha. kaya ayan, ang tahimik nga namin ni Allen. Reporting lang kanina. NO GRADED RECIT! yey. haha.

KAPPP: the HIGHLIGHT of my day. (sarcasm overload). I AM SUCH A FAILURE IN BEING THE INTERNALS HEAD.
let's leave it at that and YEZ...I NEED A DRINK. TRUCKLOADS.

oh well...May Saturday be kinder to me. I need the weekends to take off.
